Titus Gebel is the visionary behind The Free Cites and Free Private Cities concepts, as introduced in his 2017 book: "Free Private Cities: Making Governments Compete for You."
He also serves as the CEO of TIPOLIS, a Singapore-based company committed to creating and operating Private, International Cities characterised by a high degree of autonomy. He's an entrepreneur with a PhD in international law and has founded multiple companies, including the international energy and resources group Deutsche Rohstoff.
