Patri runs Pronomos Capital, the first investment fund for sovereign communities, including Free Cities and network states. He has been a leader in the competitive governance space for over 20 years. Patri has:
> Founded intentional communities in 2000 and 2005 (SF Bay, USA).
> Wrote seminal pieces including Dynamic Geography (2003) and Beyond Folk Activism (2009)
> Launched the seasteading movement in 2003 and inspired millions to dream of new frontiers and new societies.
> Created the annual Ephemerisle festival in 2009 (proposed 2001).
> Founded a charter city startup in Honduras in 2011, and in 2019 launched Pronomos Capital, the first sovereign community fund.
